DHL Returns Germany

You can use our free returns service within Germany, if you want to make a size or model exchange or make a partial return of your order. No costs will incur in this case. With a return of goods, however, we calculate according to our general terms and conditions the return costs in the amount of 6,90€ and subtract this from the credit. Pack the goods with all the parts and packaging material back in package and perform the following steps.
1. Fill out form below completely and press Send E-Mail.
2. Print out mailing label, which was sent to your email address below and attach it to the package.
3. Bring package to the post office. Done!

Austria
You may wish to make use of our low cost return service for Austria. For returns from Austria - in accordance to our terms and conditions - the customer carries the shipment costs.
The return shipment fee is 12,90€ and will either be billed with your new order (when changing size or model) or will be differentiated with your credit.
