With us you have a variety of options to process the payment. When choosing our payment systems, we attach great importance to the security and confidentiality of your personal data. All payment methods are highly encrypted and offer you maximum security.

PayPal - Pay quickly, securely, conveniently and above all for free with your PayPal account.

The dispatch takes place immediately after receipt of the payment. Usually this is still on same day you have processed the payment through PayPal since the payment usually arrives with us immediately and is booked.

If you choose PayPal as the payment method, you will automatically be accepted after successful purchase forwarded to your PayPal account, where you only have to confirm the payment.

When paying by credit card, you have the option to choose between the most common credit card providers: VisaCard, MasterCard, American Express and other credit card providers are available to you. The goods will be sent to you immediately after the purchase. The charge of your credit card account is carried out after the order is completed.

As a special service, we offer our customers purchase on account. You order the desired products from us and pay for them only after receipt. Orders are dispatched on the same day from Monday to Friday by 2:30 p.m. at the latest. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. You will receive the payment details (payee, account number, purpose) in a separate email from Klarna.

Important requirements for purchase on account:

The value of the ordered goods must not exceed 1000 EUR .
Billing address must be the same as shipping address.
Creditworthiness is required and will be checked by the payment service provider during the ordering process based on the data you have entered.
The payment term is 14 days on sight. Default then occurs automatically and additional costs are incurred through reminders, collection, etc.

As a special service, we offer our customers installment purchases via Klarna. Here you have the option of splitting the invoice amount into monthly installments and thus paying the amount in several smaller installments.

Creditworthiness is required and will be checked by the payment service provider during the ordering process based on the data you have entered.

You pay the amount to our bank account by bank transfer.
The length of time until payment is received can vary depending on the bank. As a rule, we post the receipt of the amount within Germany after about 1-3 working days, within Europe after about 2-4 working days.

After the order has been completed, you will be automatically sent our account details, including the intended purpose, by email.

The goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment.

The Electronic Payment Standard (EPS) is a payment method developed by various Austrian banks. This makes EPS the main payment method for bank transfers in Austria and is therefore very popular with Austrian buyers.

How does EPS work?

You select your bank from the list of participating banks.
After selecting the bank, you log into the online banking environment.
In the online banking environment, you check the pre-filled payment details.
If all information is correct, you authorizes the payment.
After authorization, you will receive a confirmation and the product will be shipped.

You transfer money directly from your bank account using the online banking product you are familiar with. Your bank guarantees that the transaction is secure.

iDEAL is seamlessly integrated with the online banking products of the 10 largest Dutch consumer banks. You log into your online banking environment to transfer payments. Participating banks are ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

How does EPS work?
You pay through your own online banking environment. The security of the transaction is guaranteed by the bank. In the ordering process, select the iDEAL payment method, followed by your bank. You will then be redirected to the bank's online banking environment and asked to log in. The amount to be transferred and other payment details are already entered, you only have to authorize the payment. When this is done, the bank will immediately confirm the payment and you will be redirected to the webshop. The order is therefore dispatched immediately after the order has been completed.
