If you would like to return items to us, please remember to ensure that the package is sufficiently stamped and sent to our returns address. Unfortunately, unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments cannot reach us and will not be accepted. It is best to keep the shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.
Special customs regulations apply to returns outside the EU: Please declare the shipment as "Return of Goods." Please ensure that we do not incur any additional customs or import duties. If the return is not correctly declared and we incur fees, we unfortunately cannot accept the package.
