Most questions can often be answered very quickly. Before you contact us directly, please first have a look at this page to find the answer for your question. This way is often more easier and faster than contacting us directly.

Questions about shipping

DHL comes once a day in our warehouse and picks up all the packages for shipment.
If you choose the payment method Paypal, credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Amazon Payments or cash on delivery your goods will be shipped immediately upon receipt of order. If you choose payment in advance (bank transfer) the goods leaves our house upon payment receipt to our bank account.

You also have the option to use our Express Shipping. Within Germany your shipment has a delivery time of only one working day. For more information about express delivery - and for all our other shipping methods - please see our information page for shipping.

Note: When the amount will be credited to our bank account depends on the chosen payment method. With PayPal, Giropay, Sofortüberweisung.de and credit card payments we receive the invoice amount usually immediately. As well with cash on delivery shipments the packet is sent immediately after checkout process. Bank transfers may take on average between 1-5 days til the amount is received by us. When the amount is credited to our bank account you will be informed about this separately from us via email.
Within your 14-day right of cancellation you have the option to exchange the ordered goods or return them completely.

Very important:
If we find out that goods obviously have been worn on special occasions only once and then was returned again during the withdrawal period a replacement value from our site will be claimed! The mere fitting is excluded from this course. If you return goods, please make sure that they are sent back completely (hanging signs, buttons, packaging, etc.) and clean.

Furthermore, every package includes a return form. Please fill out this form in the case of exchange or return, otherwhise we hardly can fulfill your wishes.
The shipping costs are calculated according to weight and destination. Optionally, you have the opportunity to use a variety of premium services such as express delivery or cash on delivery. These services creates additional costs.

If the package has been handed over to DHL, you will be informed by us separately via email. Furthermore, in this email you will find a so-called tracking code, which allows you to track your package all the time during shipment via DHL. Thus, you always keep track of where your package currently is.
With us you can easily order several products for selection. Nevertheless, we recommend to calculate the most probable fitting size based on our size charts or our virtual size calculator (which can be found on each article page). If you then lie between 2 sizes and are unsure, just order both sizes to try on and send us back the not fitting one. For this, we will refund you as soon as possible the invoice amount.

In case you order one size, it is no problem to replace it afterwards in a different size or in another model. Just send us back the not fitting items and we will exchange promptly. In each package therefore is an exchange form on which you can report us your exchange request convenient and easy.

Note: Please note, however, that you are careful with the products and return them unsued to us in their original packaging. Worn and used goods can not be taken back by us. The mere fitting is excluded from this of course.
You have the possibility to get your order to your DHL Packstation. (only within Germany) This is for example useful if you are working during the day and the delivery can not be accepted personally. Goods can then simply be picked up at a desired time at the Packstation. All you need for the reception of parcels to a Packstation is a corresponding Packstation-Number and a Post-Number that you specify in the order process in the step "Shipping Address" with us. The relevant data must first be requested separately at DHL.

Please never send unfree parcels back to us. If you return items to us, you can easily and conveniently print a free return label.

Reason: As such unfree parcels will be charged with a high fee, they will be sent - related to contractual arrangements with our carriers - directly back to you. Unnecessary costs will be caused to you. Therefore please frank each packet properly.
 

Questions about payment

If you cancel the purchase contract you get your money back usually within 2-3 working days. Because the reversal and the exchange causes tremendous effort there may be delays in some cases. The period - according to our Terms of Service - will not be exceeded in any case. Usually we try our best to send your money back before the expiry of the above mentioned time period.
Please avoid contact us regarding repayment. We will never forget you and will refund the money in any case.

Questions about the ordering process

Put into basketIf you want to put something in your cart just click on an appropriate product link. This will take you to the product detail page. There you will have the opportunity to choose sizes and colors and then to place the items in the cart. (see picture)

Note: Only items which are in the basked may be purchased.

The ordering process is divided into 5 simple and quick steps. By clicking on the cart "Proceed to checkout" will initiate this process:

1. Billing address

The first step is where you choose your billing address. If you have an registrated account at Trachten24 you already provided us your billing address at registration and so do not have to enter it again.
Note: You do not necessarily have to create an account at Trachten24. To make an order is also possible WITHOUT registering.

2. Shipping address

In the second step you have to specify your delivery address. The delivery address is the address the goods are sent to. You may choose the already specified billing address or just create several new delivery addresses. You have also the possibility within Germany to select a DHL Pack Station as delivery address.

3. Mode of shipment

In the third step you select the mode of shipment (standard shipping, express delivery, COD etc.). For further details on shipping please visit our shipping information page.

4. Payment method

In the fourth step you have to select a payment method with which you want to pay for the goods. A listing of all the different payment methods you can see at this page.

5. Summary
On the last page you will get a complete summary of all information and costs. You just have to confirm to finalize the checkout process.
Yes. After completing the checkout process successfully, we will send you an email including all the regarding purchase (items purchased, purchase price, payment method and payment information, shipping address, cancellation, etc.).
On further steps performed in the course of shipment (e.g. whether the goods have been shipped), we will inform you separately via email.

No. Local shopping is not possible. We sell and ship our products only through our internet platform.
