Returns - quick & easy
To a successful return in just a few steps - we'll show you how easy it is. . .
Step 1
Prepare the return
Only return products that you want to return or for which you need a different size or model. Keep the rest with you.
Please pay attention to the following points
1. Pack the goods in a completely intact parcel box. This prevents damage to the goods and guarantees that all parts reach us completely.
2. The return process will be significantly accelerated if you fold the goods as cleanly as possible and pack them in the original packaging provided.
3. Please make sure that everything is returned unworn and with original labels. Worn goods or goods without labels will not be taken back.

Step 2
Request a return label online
Do you need a return label for the return shipment? No problem!
You can request this via our returns portal. Please note the instructions listed therein.

Step 3
Send the return
Take the package to the nearest post or packing station. Make sure that the returns slip generated by the return portal is placed inside the package, ideally at the top.
Step 4
Place a new order in the meantime (optional)
If you return the goods because they didn't fit or you didn't like them and you would like to exchange them for a different size, color or model, order a new one from us in the meantime.
Step 5
Trachten24 receives the return
We receive the returned items and confirm receipt by email.
Step 6
Receive your refund
After the returned items have been inspected, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount using the original payment method. The refund will be processed within a few days and you will receive a notification that the refund has been made.
