Step 1
Fill out the return slip
A self-explanatory return slip is enclosed with every package. Please fill out the form completely and include it with the return - ideally at the top inside the box.
The certificate helps us to identify your return and significantly speed up the process.
If you no longer have or can find the slip, please include the invoice, which we sent you separately by email, with a few short notes from you in the package.

Please pay attention to the following points

Pack the goods in a completely intact parcel box. This prevents damage to the goods and guarantees that all parts reach us completely.

The returns process would be significantly accelerated if you folded the goods as cleanly as possible and packed them in the original packaging provided.

Please make sure that everything is returned unworn and with original labels.

Step 4
Place a new order in the meantime (optional)
If you return the goods because they didn't fit or you didn't like them and you would like to exchange them for a different size, color or model, order a new one from us in the meantime.

Trachten24 receives the return
We receive the returned items and confirm receipt by email.
Step 6
Receive your refund
After the returned items have been inspected, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount using the original payment method. The refund will be processed within a few days and you will receive a notification that the refund has been made.
